Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all services offered through homeblindsvc.com, operated by Home Exterior Detailing at 10340 Nottingham Trl, Eden Prairie, MN 55347-3167, USA. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and ACH bank transfers. All payments are processed securely and in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection and payment security laws.

Full payment is required upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made. For large-scale or custom jobs, a deposit may be requested at the time of scheduling.

Order Confirmation

After scheduling your service, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please review this information and notify us immediately if any corrections are needed.

We reserve the right to decline a service if payment details cannot be verified or if unusual activity is detected.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service fee of up to 50% of the quoted cost to compensate for technician time and logistics.

Refund Policy

As a service-based business, refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • If the scheduled service was canceled at least 24 hours in advance and no work was started
  • If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal error or scheduling conflicts
  • If there is a verified issue with service quality that cannot be resolved through a follow-up visit

Refunds must be requested in writing within 7 days of service by emailing sevynballard@homeblindsvc.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Completed services that meet the agreed scope of work
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability, incorrect access, or lack of preparation
  • Service dissatisfaction based on personal preference when service was delivered as described
Service Quality Commitment

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 5 business days. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, schedule a free correction or touch-up service.
